About Us
- Founded in 2014, Holistic Health Partners, LLC began with the concept of creating healthier families by fostering partnerships with others who were committed to achieving healthier minds, bodies, and souls.
- Our goal was then and has always been to provide support, linkage, and services that help to improve the overall quality of life for marginalized populations; treating every aspect of each individual to fully optimize mental, physical, and emotional wellness. In turn, wellness is achieved for the entire family through enhanced relationships and experiences.
- We understand that effective and sustained change can only be addressed once a family's basic needs are met. HHP is committed to supporting self-sufficiency through employment, transportation, and continued counseling, coaching, mentorship, and program development.
- Over the years, our collaborative partnerships have served individuals and families in Georgia, Alabama, and Louisiana.
